Description

Klübersynth LF 44-22 and Klübersynth LF 44-32 are synthetic, dynamically light low-temperature greases containing anticorrosion and antioxidation additives. They are based on synthetic hydrocarbon oil and a special lithium soap thickener. The greases, which are designed for very low temperatures, are resistant to water and contain a friction-reducing solid lubricant. Klübersynth LF 44-22 and Klübersynth LF 44-32 are free of any substances subject to declaration according to GADSL (Global Automotive Declarable Substance List, version 3.0, 2007).

Application

Klübersynth LF 44-22 and Klübersynth LF 44-32 are used for machine elements requiring low starting and running torques, e.g. in automotive and precision engineering, machine tools. The greases are also used for slideways, mechanical actuators and adjustment elements with plastic/plastic and plastic/steel combinations. They are largely neutral towards many plastics and elastomers.

Application notes

Klübersynth LF 44-22 and Klübersynth LF 44-32 can be applied by means of brush, spatula or the usual metering systems. The service temperature range is between approx. ‑60 °C and +130 °C.
