Description

Klüberfood NH1 4-002 is a spray with special oils which are neutral in odour and taste.

The use of Klüberfood NH1 4-002 is a contributor towards the supporting of food safety. This needs to be considered not in isolation but in line with other appropriate actions which have by law to be fulfilled by a food manufacturing plant to allow for food to be manufactured safely.

Klüberfood NH1 4-002 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries.

The use of Klüberfood NH1 4-002 can contribute to increase reliability of your production processes. We nevertheless recommend conducting an additional risk analysis, e.g. HACCP.

Application

Klüberfood NH1 4-002 spray can be used for machines in the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries which are susceptible to water wash down to help increase protection of metal surfaces from water.

Application notes

Do not spray on a naked flame or any incandescent material and keep away from sources of ignition.

Protect from heat.

Pressurised container: protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C.
