Description

FUCHS ECOCUT 628 LE is a low-misting, neat metalworking fluid based on an extremely low-aromatic hydrocracked oil. It contains a special combination of chlorine-free high-performance EP additives and polar lubricity improvers.

Compared to conventional cutting oils, the use of a special base oil and specially selected additives in ECOCUT 628 LE significantly reduces oil misting and oil evaporation during machining.

Application

ECOCUT 628 LE is a high-performance oil for all operations on difficult and extremely difficult-to-machine
materials. Also recommended for other machining operations such as deep hole drilling, broaching, milling
and thread cutting when a highly active cutting oil is required.

ECOCUT 628 LE improves economy by prolonging tool life as well as offering oil stock rationalization
opportunities.

ECOCUT 628 LE is not suitable for use with nonferrous metals.
