Description

FUCHS ECOCOOL 2520 is a premium, boron- and formaldehydreleaserfree, water-miscible cutting fluid based on mineral oil/ester oil with special high-quality properties. When mixed with water, ECOCOOL 2520 produces a stable, milky-white emulsion with a long life. It contains a selected combination of emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors and other additives that give it the following properties.

Application

Due to the high proportion of selected lubricity improvers which are inactive in the presence of nonferrous
metals, ECOCOOL 2520 can be used as an all-around cutting fluid for non-ferrous metals as well as high-alloy ferrous and light metals.

Recommended concentration:

– normal machining 6 – 8 %
– difficult machining 8 – 15 %
