Applications:

Aral Deganit BW 220 is a guideway oil that has an outstanding demulsifying behavior as well as a distinct adhesion on horizontal and vertical slideways. For this reason, Aral Deganit BW 220 was included in the “Schmidt recommendation list”. High-quality additives prevent extrusion of the lubricating film and/or washing off during use with water miscible cutting fluids. As a result of these additives, stick-slip movements (reversed slip), which can damage the processing accuracy, and in extreme cases, the sticking of the tool slide can be avoided.

Operational area:

Aral Deganit BW 220 recommends the use of Aral Sarol line, when in combination with water miscible cutting fluids. Through intense laboratory experiments and practical use, this product has proved its excellent compatibility.
