Agip MetalCut 10 RTS Is a brown, pure metalworking oil

eni metalCut 10 RTS is a not water miscible cooling lubricant based on selected mineral base oils and chemical active additives.

Properties and Performance:

• based on highly refined base oils with good rinsing properties
• very good ageing stability
• chlorine free, low in aromatics, very good corrosion protection
• efficient, low oil mist processing oil

Application:

eni metalCut 10 RTS due to the especially developed active substance combination it achieves a significant higher tool operating life compared to the previously used standard products as well as excellent surface finish. The product has very good results also at thread cutting, gear cutting, deep drilling and other difficult processes. Not suitable for the processing of non-ferrous metals.

The product achieves considerable higher tool operating life at automated production of small turning parts from tempered steel.
