Corrosion inhibitor with dewatering effect
Meguin Korrosionsschutz 6M is a time-tested corrosion inhibitor for the preservation of metal parts which are to be stored for a period of up to six months. Special mention must be made of its good corrosion inhibiting properties in low film thicknesses, the high yield resulting
from this and the ease with which it can be removed even after the parts have been in storage for six months. Meguin Korrosionsschutz 6M is ideal for use after machining with water-miscible cutting fluids.

Application

Meguin Korrosionsschutz 6M is ready to use and can be applied by dipping or spraying. It is undiluted as a corrosion inhibitor with dewatering effect mainly in cast-iron and steel materials used. When utilizing the dewatering effect, the parts should only be immersed (in dry parts of spraying is also possible). The product forms on the parts of a thin, oily, non-proof film.
