Description

Klübersynth UH1 64-2403 has been especially developed for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries. Klübersynth UH1 64-2403 is resistant to hot and cold water and does not impair the formation of froth or the taste of beer. Klübersynth UH1 64-2403 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. In addition this grease is Halal certified (HFCE) and related drinking water certificates such as UBA (DVGW-KTW), WRAS and NSF Standard 61 are available. Klübersynth UH1 64-2403 has been tested and approved in accordance with DIN EN 377 Class B (lubricants for gas units and actuators, operating temperature range 0 to 90 °C). Klübersynth UH1 64-2403 was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries. The use of Klübersynth UH1 64-2403 can contribute to increase reliability of your production processes. We nevertheless recommend conducting an additional risk analysis, e.g. HACCP.

Application

Klübersynth UH1 64-2403 is a special grease suitable for beer taps, barrel filling installations, filters, stuffing boxes, rubber diaphragms and seals.

Application notes

Klübersynth UH1 64-2403 may be applied by brush, spatula or grease gun, or simply by squeezing it out of the tube.

Note:

Klübersynth UH1 64-2403 is normally compatible with most elastomer types, however we recommend the use of PARALIQ GTE 703 for filling taps with EPDM seals (ethylenepropylene-diene rubber).
