Description

Klübersynth UH1 64-1302 was specifically developed for grease-lubricated roller chains operating under high loads in the mixed friction regime in continuous flow sterilizers. Klübersynth UH1 64-1302 thus offers excellent wear protection even under extreme lubricating conditions. Being highly resistant to water and steam, this adhesive lubricating grease is particularly suitable for applications in a saturated steam atmosphere at normal sterilisation temperatures. Klübersynth UH1 64-1302 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries. The use of Klübersynth UH1 64-1302 can contribute to increase reliability of your production processes. We nevertheless recommend conducting an additional risk analysis, e.g. HACCP.

Application

Good adhesiveness, excellent protection against wear and strong resistance to steam and water make Klübersynth UH1 64-1302 ideal for the following applications: high-load lowspeed rolling and plain bearings, joints, toothed racks, tubular tracks, cams, stuffing boxes, high-load and grease-lubricated chains, etc.

Application notes

Klübersynth UH1 64-1302 is applied by brush, spatula, grease gun, or centralised lubrication systems designed for NLGI 3 greases.
