Our Klüberbio BM 32-142 is a high-performance grease combining very good eco-friendliness with an excellent loadcarrying capacity, good antiwear and anticorrosive effect and good low-temperature behaviour. These performance characteristics make Klüberbio BM 32-142 the preferred multi-purpose product for a variety of applications and components in environmentally sensitive areas. In addition to the EU Ecolabel, Klüberbio BM 32-142 complies with the requirements for classification as an Environmentally Acceptable Lubricant (EAL) in terms of biodegradability, toxicity and bioaccumulation, as defined by the US Environmental Protection Agency for the “2013 Vessel General Permit”. The EU Ecolabel is a label of environmental excellence that is awarded to products and services meeting high environmental standards throughout their life cycle: from raw material extraction, to production, distribution and disposal.

Application

Klüberbio BM 32-142 was developed for the lubrication of rolling and plain bearings with high surface pressure which can get in direct contact with nature. It combines good ecocompatibility with high corrosion protection and load-carrying capacity, making it an ideal lubricant for maritime applications. Application notes

Klüberbio BM 32-142 can be applied by brush, spatula, grease gun or automatic lubricant dispensers, also at low temperatures.
Please note that Klüberbio BM 32-142 takes on a reddish colour under the effects of UV. This does not affect the performance of the lubricating grease.
