Description

GRAFLOSCON B-SG 00 ULTRA is a sprayable running-in lubricant with a mineral base oil. It contains aluminium stearate as a thickener and solid lubricant particles of fine graphite. The lubricant is free from bitumen, heavy metals, solvents and raw materials containing chlorine, and allows to subject the friction points to well-defined wear. GRAFLOSCON B-SG 00 ULTRA reduces surface roughness and improves the tooth flank quality which makes it also suitable for corrective lubrication if tooth flanks are damaged.

Application

GRAFLOSCON B-SG 00 ULTRA was especially developed for specific running-in of open gears in rotary kilns, tube mills, and line blenders used in the cement, lime, gypsum, mining and chemical industries.

Application notes

GRAFLOSCON B-SG 00 ULTRA is usually applied continuously through automatic spray systems.
It can also be applied by brush or the Klübermatic® LB manual spray equipment.
The lubricant quantities to be applied depend on the individual operating conditions and are indicated in the corresponding consumption chart. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
