Description

ALSOL 1000 is a highly viscous lubricant based on mineral oil. It contains special additives which increase the adhesion of the oil on metal surfaces and make it suitable for use in open girth gear drives. ALSOL 1000 is resistant to ageing.

Application

ALSOL 1000 was developed especially to meet the requirements of Sülzer Rüto printing and weaving machines and has proven successful for the following machine types: Shuttle looms C 1000 / C 1001, air-jet looms L 5000 / 5001 and dobby machines. This adhesive oil can also be used for all small open gears requiring a clean production environment.

Due to its high adhesiveness ALSOL 1000 reduces lubricant leakage. ALSOL 1000 is also used on

– cross take-up locking devices
– fabric take-off gears.

Application notes

ALSOL 1000 is applied by means of brush, oil feeder or central lubrication systems.
