Description

FUCHS RENOLIN FORMENOEL 6 is an emulsifiable mould-release fluid. It is used in the building, subsurface and road construction as well as in the concrete product industry.

RENOLIN FORMENOEL 6 is predominantly used with absorbing mould material (wooden moulds). A mixing ratio of 1 part of RENOLIN FORMENOEL 6 concentrate to 10 parts of water is recommended. With used moulds that have already been wetted
with the RENOLIN FORMENOEL 6 emulsion, this ratio may be reduced to 1 : 20. The emulsion is prepared by stirring RENOLIN
FORMENOEL 6 into the water (see also page 2: Preparation and maintenance of RENOLIN FORMENOEL 6).

Best results are achieved by applying the RENOLIN FORMENOEL 6 emulsion onto the mould shortly before the concreting process.
