Description

FUCHS ECOCUT 715 LE is a non-water-miscible coolant with a low oil index, a high-quality, chlorine free EP combination and polar lubrication improvers added.

By using a special, low-evaporation basic oil and a combination of selected active substances, the use of

ECOCUT 715 LE leads, in comparison to conventional cutting oils to a significant reduction of the oil mist
and evaporation loss generated during the machining process.

Application

ECOCUT 715 LE is a chlorine free, high performance broaching oil used for the machining of difficult to extremely-difficult machineable materials. Apart from broaching, it is also recommended for other machining methods (e.g. deep-hole-drilling, thread machining of CrNi steels), where a low-viscous, highly active cutting oil is required.

ECOCUT 715 LE stands out to its highly economical use due to the long service life of the tools.

ECOCUT 715 is conditionally suitable for use with ferrous and nonferrous metals.
