Description

• FUCHS Containing high-quality base oils, ECOCUT 3022 is a multipurpose product which can be used as a cutting oil, and also for rationalization purposes, as a hydraulic or spindle oil.
• ECOCUT 3022 contains additives to improve ageing behaviour and corrosion protection. EP agents increase load and pressure performance as well as reducing friction between tools and workpieces.
• ECOCUT 3022 is formulated to be low-misting which reduces environmental and workshop pollution. The product’s detergent and dispersant properties help keep hydraulic systems clean as well as improving wetting, flushing and heat dissipation.

Application

• ECOCUT 3022 is recommended for all machining and especially automated turning and grinding operations on normal and low-alloy engineering steels, cast iron, bronze, brass and other nonferrous metals.
• At the same time, ECOCUT 3022 fulfils the requirements of HLP oils according to DIN 51 525, Part 2 and can therefore be used for general machine lubrication.
