Description

FUCHS DUOTAC Zahnradspray is a bitumen-free special lubricant based on mineral-oil and containing tackiness improvers, high performance additives and graphite.
DUOTAC Zahnradspray is designed for the lubrication of open gears, gearboxes, chains and wire ropes.
As open gear boxes, chains and wire ropes in dusty industries are usually only lubricated on an irregular basis or not at all DUOTAC ZAHNRADSPRAY is the ideal lubricant which forms a firm but elastic, touch-dry film which satisfies long-term requirements.

Application

Use DUOTAC ZAHNRADSPRAY to lubricate gear wheels, gear boxes, gear racks, chains and wire ropes on cranes, diggers, agricultural machinery, rack and pinion railways, cablecars, dockyard lifts etc.
The surfaces to be lubricated must be cleaned prior to application.

Reapplication is only necessary when areas of bare metal become visible. Machinery or equipment treated with DUOTAC ZAHNRADSPRAY should only be used after the solvent has fully evaporated and when the lubricating film is touch-dry. DUOTAC ZAHNRADSPRAY can be used at temperatures between -20 and +150°C. The graphite solid lubricant in DUOTAC ZAHNRADSPRAY remains effective even above 300°C
