Autol Hochleistungs-Zahnradspray Is a special lubricant

Special lubricant for versatile applications.

AUTOL ZAHNRADSPRAY is a lubricant containing solid lubricants, extreme pressure additives, adhesive properties and corrosion inhibitors.

The dry lubrication film is effective against wear and reduces the engine noise, it has a good grip and bending strenght, does not attract dust or dirt and is water resistant (also sea water).

Due to the content of solid lubricants in AUTOL ZAHNRADSPRAY emergency running properties are guaranteed up to 300°C.

Before the first application of this lubricant the lubricating points have to be cleaned down to the bright metal. A renewal of the lubricating film is only necessary if the bright metal becomes visible again.

Applications:

AUTOL ZAHNRADSPRAY can be used for the lubrication of open toothed gearings, gear racks, gear rims, slideways, drive chains or wire cables.

Apply AUTOL ZAHNRADSPRAY sparingly and only start work after the solvent is vaporised.

The application temperature is between -20°C and +50°C.
