ARAL Deganit BW 68

Recommended Use:

The Aral Deganit BW 68 bed rail oil has an excellent demulsifying behavior as well as a pronounced adhesion For horizontal and vertical guideways. This prevents mixing with the water-miscible cooling lubricant. For this reason, Aral Deganit BW 68 was included in the “Schmidt recommendation table”.

High-quality additives prevent the lubricant film from being pushed through or washed off when using water-miscible cooling lubricants. This avoids so-called stick-slip movements (jerks), which prevent the processing- And can lead in extreme cases to the fixing of the tool carriage.

Application:

The use of Aral Deganit BW 68 is particularly recommended in combination with the water-miscible cooling lubricants
The Aral Sarol series. In intensive laboratory tests and practical use, its excellent compatibility has proved itself.
