Agip MetalStanz 3M Is a not water miscible forming lubricant

Agip metalStanz 3M is a not water miscible, low viscous forming lubricant with polar agents.

Properties and Performance:

• very productive, stamping and drawing oil based on mineral oil with polar agents
• not water miscible
• unscented, evaporization with low residues
• leaves a very thin oily film, which can be removed with aqueous neutral respectively alkaline cleaners, normally degreasing is not necessary

Applications:

Agip metalStanz 3M is mainly used as drawing and stamping oil for the machining of thin sheet steel made of aluminium, their alloys and non-ferrous metals, but also suitable for ferrous materials of minimal thickness, leaves an oily, nearly imperceptible lubrication film.

The product can be applied with all common procedures.
