Agip MetalCut S 3045

Agip metalCut S 3045 is a not water miscible, chlorine, sulphur and phosphor free, low oil mist metal working oil based on ester oil.

Properties and Performance:

• based on high efficiency ester oils with good rinsing properties
• no discolouration or specking on machines and workpieces
• excellent lubrication properties, optimum tool service life
• very good corrosion protection
• efficient, low oil mist processing oil also for forming operations

Applications:

Agip metalCut S 3045 can be preferably applied for minimum quantity lubrication. For the improvement of the lubrication effect of existing cooling lubricants this product can be added as an additive. The application for forming operations is also possible.
