Agip MetalCut 10 TB Is a water-immiscible high-performance processing oil

Agip metalCut 10 TB is a not water miscible, chlorine free, low viscous alloyed high performance process oil based on mineral oil with product specific agents.

Properties and Performance:

• based on highly refined mineral oils with good rinsing properties
• with synthetic grease substances and product specific agents
• with phosphorous and sulphurous organic agents
• very good ageing stability
• chlorine free, low in aromatics, good corrosion protection
• low viscous, low oil misting, highly active cutting oil

Applications:

Agip metalCut 10 TB is especially suitable for deep drilling, roaming and milling of difficult and most difficult machining materials. Also recommended for other machining operations such as threading, gearwheel hard shaving and gearwheel hard fining if a low viscous cutting oil is requested. The product is not suitable for the machining of nonferrous metal.
